भारत सरकार ने PAN 2.0 परियोजना को मंजूरी दे दी है, जो देश के आर्थिक और डिजिटल इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर में बड़ा बदलाव लाने का लक्ष्य रखती है। इस परियोजना के तहत मौजूदा पैन कार्ड को एक आधुनिक और उन्नत स्वरूप में पेश किया जाएगा, जिसमें क्यूआर कोड जैसी नई सुविधाएं होंगी। यह पहल डिजिटल इंडिया कार्यक्रम के अनुरूप है और पूरी प्रक्रिया पेपरलेस व ऑनलाइन रहेगी। इस परियोजना पर कुल 1,435 करोड़ रुपये खर्च किए जाएंगे।

PAN 2.0 की खास बातें

1. क्यूआर कोड सुविधा:
   नया पैन कार्ड क्यूआर कोड के साथ आएगा, जो उपयोगकर्ताओं की पहचान को और अधिक सुरक्षित व सुलभ बनाएगा।
2. यूनिफाइड पहचान:
   व्यापार जगत की मांग को देखते हुए पैन और टैन जैसी अलग-अलग पहचानकर्ताओं को एकीकृत किया जाएगा।
3. डाटा सुरक्षा:
   पैन डाटा वाल्ट सिस्टम लागू किया जाएगा, जिससे उपयोगकर्ताओं का डेटा सुरक्षित रहेगा। इसके जरिए यह सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा कि जिन संस्थाओं को आपने अपना पैन विवरण दिया है, वे इसे सुरक्षित रखें।
4. निःशुल्क अपग्रेडेशन:
   मौजूदा पैन कार्ड धारकों को नया पैन कार्ड मुफ्त में दिया जाएगा। इसके लिए अलग से कोई शुल्क नहीं देना होगा।
5. शिकायत निवारण पोर्टल:
   एकीकृत पोर्टल के जरिए पैन से संबंधित शिकायतों का जल्द समाधान किया जाएगा।

मौजूदा पैन कार्ड धारकों के लिए क्या बदलेगा?

• पैन नंबर वही रहेगा:
  केंद्रीय मंत्री अश्विनी वैष्णव ने स्पष्ट किया है कि पैन नंबर में कोई बदलाव नहीं होगा। आपका मौजूदा पैन कार्ड मान्य रहेगा।
• नए कार्ड का वितरण:
  सभी मौजूदा पैन कार्ड धारकों को नए क्यूआर कोड सुविधा वाले कार्ड निःशुल्क भेजे जाएंगे।
