Chenin Blanc Mead:

Our pyment (mead made with grapes) is made with multifloral honey from Himachal Pradesh and Chenin Blanc grapes from our meadery’s neighbourhood in Sinnar, Nashik. A more fun, honeyed sister to a sparkling wine, our Chenin Blanc Mead has a grape forward nose and is the perfect study of hints
of fermented honey being evened out by the dry, refreshing character of wine grapes

Jamun Mead:

This is a melomel (mead made with fruits) with a base of jamun honey (where the bees gather nectar from jamun flowers) and jamun fruit, both from the Konkan region. It has a refreshing citrusy tartness from the
fruit, perfectly balanced by spicy-sweet hints from the jamun honey

Blue Pea Lavender Mead:

In the floral meads series of Cerana meads, this is the first with a classic combination of flowers. A mystic blue hue from the blue pea flowers and a soothing aroma from lavenders, cradles by sweet mustard honey, this is our first semi-sweet hydromel. Plunge your senses in this magical world.

Pomegranate Mead:

Another melomel made with lychee honey from the north (here bees make honey using nectar from the lychee flowers) and pomegranate from Sangamner, Maharashtra. These are fermented together with a dash of 100% natural vanilla to round off the flavour. A bronzed caramel pour with notes of toffee and a honey undertone, finishing with a hint of pomegranate to dry your palate enough for the next sip.

Yule Spice Mead:

India’s first honey forward, full strength mead that is a seasonal product at Cerana. We channel our festive mood in making a small batch of this mead around Christmas for the holiday season. It is a metheglin (mead made with spices) made using jamun honey and aged on oak wood with spices like cinnamon and ginger. In full honesty, we lock away a few cases of this to pull out on a rainy day when we need the motivation!

Pinot Noir Pyment:

The perfect representation of our commitment to the craft of mead making. Best quality natural
sealed-comb honey is combined with the inky red Pinot noir grapes to bring together two wonders of
nature in a bottle. Modest sweetness with balanced acidity, a fresh complex fruity bouquet and a blush
