नई दिल्ली: भारतीय जनता पार्टी (बीजेपी) ने हाल ही में डीएमके सांसद ए राजा के एक भाषण के खिलाफ कठोर आपत्ति जताई है, जिसमें उन्होंने भारत की विचारधारा को सवालित किया और भगवान राम का अपमान किया। इस विवाद की शुरुआत इस बात पर हुई कि बीजेपी नेता अमित मलविया ने राजा के भाषण का एक वीडियो तमिल में साझा किया और उसका अंग्रेजी अनुवाद किया।
राजा ने अपने भाषण में कहा, “भारत एक राष्ट्र नहीं है। इसे अच्छे से समझो। भारत कभी एक राष्ट्र नहीं है। एक राष्ट्र का मतलब एक भाषा, एक परंपरा, और एक सांस्कृतिक होता है। तब ही यह एक राष्ट्र होता है। भारत एक राष्ट्र नहीं है बल्कि एक उपमहाद्वीप है।”
बीजेपी का दावा है कि राजा ने भारत की विभाजन की मांग की और भगवान राम पर आपत्तिजनक टिप्पणियां कीं, जिससे राष्ट्र की सार्थकता पर सवाल उठता है। यह विवाद तब उत्पन्न हुआ जब सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने डीएमके नेता उधयनिधि स्टालिन के ‘सनातन धर्म’ रूपी विवादास्पद रिमार्क्स पर कठिन टिप्पणियां की थीं।
अमित मलविया, भाषण के बाद, डीएमके से आते हुए नफरत भरे भाषणों के बारे में चिंता जताते हुए, उधयनिधि स्टालिन के विवादास्पद बयानों की चर्चा करते हुए कहा कि अब ए राजा ने भारत की विभाजन की मांग की और भगवान राम के बारे में अपमानजनक टिप्पणियां कीं, जिससे भारत की एकता पर सवाल उठता है।
मलविया ने राजा को भगवान राम का अपमान करने और मणिपुरीयों पर अपमानजनक टिप्पणियां करने का आरोप लगाया, जिससे भारत की एकता पर सवाल उठा।
राजा के भाषण में, जिसे मलविया ने तमिल में साझा किया और इसे अंग्रेजी में अनुवाद किया, ऐसे वक्तव्य शामिल हैं, “अगर आप कहते हैं कि यह भगवान है। यदि यह आपका जय श्री राम है, यदि यह आपका भारत माता की जय है, तो हम उस जय श्री राम और भारत माता की जय को कभी स्वीकार नहीं करेंगे।”
बीजेपी ने राजा के बयानों की कड़ी निंदा की है, जिस पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आयोध्या के हनुमान गढ़ी मंदिर के मुख्य पुजारी ने तीव्र प्रतिक्रिया दी।
“जो कुछ भी डीएमके नेता ने कहा है, वह निन्दनीय है। पूरी दुनिया ‘राम मय’ है… हम प्रधानमंत्री और राष्ट्रपति को इसके बारे में लिखेंगे,” रामेश दास ने कहा।
यूनियन मंत्री अनुराग ठाकुर ने कहा कि डीएमके नेता ‘तुकड़े-तुकड़े’ गैंग का हिस्सा हैं।
“ये वे लोग हैं जो हिंदी का अपमान करते हैं, भारत को समाप्त करने की बात करते हैं, ‘तुकड़े तुकड़े’ गैंग का समर्थन करते हैं और उनके नेता राज्यसभा चुनाव जीतने के बाद ‘पाकिस्तान जिंदाबाद’ के नारे लगाते हैं। ये वे लोग हैं जो भारतीय सांस्कृतिक को नष्ट करना चाहते हैं। उन्होंने ‘इंडी’ गठबंधन बनाया है, लेकिन उनकी अभिमानिता बाहर आ रही है। उन्हें क्या मजबूरी थी कि उन्हें ‘पाकिस्तान जिंदाबाद’ के नारे लगाने और ‘तुकड़े-तुकड़े’ गैंग का समर्थन करने की बहुत बार नहीं, बल्कि बहुत बार करनी पड़ी,” उन्होंने कहा।
बीजेपी एमपी रवि शंकर प्रसाद ने इंडिया ब्लॉक और कांग्रेस की आलोचना की।
“यह स्पष्ट है कि भारत की नीति का हिस्सा बन गई है कि भारतीय संघ की सवा भूमिका, विशेष रूप से भारतीय संघ के विरुद्ध विवादास्पद टिप्पणियां और विचारधारा संघ के राजनीतिक कार्यक्रम का हिस्सा बन गई है… क्या कांग्रेस यह अपने राजनीतिक लाभ के लिए इतना नीचे गिरने के लिए तैयार है कि वह ऐसी टिप्पणियां स्वीकार करने के लिए तैयार है?” उन्होंने कहा।
टीएन बीजेपी प्रवक्ता नारायणन तिरुपति ने पीटीआई को बताया कि ए राजा को गिरफ्तार किया जाना चाहिए।

New Delhi: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has raised strong objections to a recent speech by DMK MP A Raja, where he allegedly questioned the idea of India and derided Lord Ram. The controversy emerged as BJP leader Amit Malviya posted a video of Raja’s speech in Tamil along with an English translation.
Raja, in his speech, asserted, “India is not a nation. Understand this well. India is never a nation. One nation means one language, one tradition, and one culture. Then only it is one nation. India is not a nation but a subcontinent.”
The BJP claims that Raja called for the balkanization of India and made disparaging comments about Lord Ram, challenging the very essence of the nation. This controversy follows closely on the heels of critical observations made by the Supreme Court against DMK leader Udhayanidhi Stalin regarding his ‘Sanatan Dharma’ remarks.
Amit Malviya, in response to the speech, expressed concerns over hate speeches originating from the DMK, citing Udhayanidhi Stalin’s controversial statements and now A Raja’s call for the balkanization of India. Malviya accused Raja of deriding Lord Ram and making disparaging remarks about Manipuris, leading to questions about the unity of India as a nation.
Raja’s speech, which Malviya shared in Tamil and translated into English, contains statements like, “If you say this is God. If this is your Jai Sri Ram, if this is your Bharat Mata Ki Jai, we will never accept that Jai Sri Ram and Bharat Mata.”
The BJP strongly condemned Raja’s remarks, with Union minister Anurag Thakur labeling him as part of the “tukde-tukde” gang. Ravi Shankar Prasad, a BJP MP, criticized the Congress and the INDIA bloc, stating that insulting India’s ethos, humiliating Hindu Gods, and questioning the idea of India had become a part of their political agenda.
The DMK, an ally of the Congress in Tamil Nadu, has faced severe backlash from the BJP, with demands for A Raja’s arrest. TN BJP spokesperson Narayanan Thirupathi asserted that such statements should not be tolerated, emphasizing the need for immediate action against the DMK MP.
This controversy adds to the ongoing political tensions surrounding divisive remarks and ideological clashes within Indian politics, especially in the context of regional parties and their alliances. The BJP’s strong stance reflects its commitment to preserving the cultural and national identity of India amidst differing political ideologies.
