Mandi’s Veggie Bliss Recipe
For the Pizza Dough:
2 1/4 teaspoons (1 packet) active dry yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
1 cup warm water (110°F/43°C)
2 1/2 to 3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
For the Pizza Sauce:
1 can (14 ounces) crushed tomatoes
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Toppings:
1/2 cup sliced exotic veggies (e.g., artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes, roasted red peppers, olives,
arugula)
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup thinly sliced zucchini
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion

Instructions:
